Your Retreat Experience
Your retreat begins with calming guided meditation and gentle grounding practices to help you relax and settle into the space. You’ll then enjoy a soothing holistic facial using beautiful natural skincare products, followed by a deeply restorative Reiki and Crystal healing treatment to support energetic balance, emotional wellbeing, and deep relaxation.
Throughout your retreat there will be time to reflect, unwind, and simply be, with intuitive guidance, light refreshments and thoughtful wellbeing gifts included to continue your self-care journey at home.
Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves – like they’ve pressed reset on mind, body and soul.
Your retreat also includes a complimentary 15-minute consultation call beforehand, giving us the opportunity to discuss your intentions and tailor the experience to best support your individual needs.

Alongside my private retreats, I also hold small, seasonal group gatherings throughout the year. These are beautiful opportunities to come together in community, align with the energy of the season, and enjoy mindful wellbeing practices in a shared space.
