At Align Wellbeing, I offer a range of holistic wellbeing treatments designed to help you slow down, relax and reconnect with yourself. Reiki + Crystal Healing

Experience a deeply relaxing Reiki treatment, personalised around you and what you need from your time with me. We’ll begin with a chat about how you’re feeling and I’ll explain what to expect, giving you plenty of time to settle in and completely switch off.
You can also choose Reiki & Crystal Healing, combining Reiki with carefully selected crystals for an even more nurturing energy healing experience. Crystal healing is followed by Reiki, with time afterwards to gently come back, reflect and share anything you’d like to.
A calming hour just for you, ideal when you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, depleted or simply in need of some space to pause and reset.

Angelic Reiki Healing

Angelic Reiki is a gentle, nurturing form of energy healing that works with angelic energy to create a deeply peaceful space for rest and relaxation.
During the treatment, you’re invited to simply lie back, switch off and receive, allowing yourself time away from everyday thoughts and demands. Many people choose Angelic Reiki when they’re craving a sense of calm, comfort and connection, or simply some peaceful time for themselves.

Radiance & Reiki Holistic Facial

The Radiance & Reiki Facial is a deeply nourishing wellbeing experience that brings together natural skincare, relaxing facial massage and Reiki energy healing.
This one-hour facial is designed to help you slow down, soften, and truly rest. Your treatment begins with a soothing double cleanse and gentle exfoliation to refresh and brighten the skin, followed by a deeply relaxing facial massage to release tension and encourage healthy glow. A hydrating mask is then applied, cocooning your skin in nourishment while you receive Reiki healing, giving you time to completely switch off while your skin is nourished and cared for. The experience is completed with toner, targeted serum and moisturiser, leaving your skin luminous, replenished, and beautifully cared for from the inside out.

Rest & Reset Experience

When your head feels full and you just need to stop.
Rest & Reset is a personalised 90-minute wellbeing experience designed to help you step away from the noise, properly switch off and reconnect with what you need.
We’ll begin with time to talk about how you’re feeling and what’s been taking up space in your mind, before you settle back for a deeply relaxing, personalised hypnotherapy experience. Afterwards, over a herbal tea, we’ll gently reflect on anything that came up and what you’d like to take forward.
You’ll leave feeling calmer and clearer, with your own Rest & Reset reflection card to help you hold onto what you need more of and what you’d like to do differently.
Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, stuck in your own head or simply craving some proper time to stop and reset.

Glow & Restore Ritual

When you’re feeling depleted and just want to be looked after.
Glow & Restore is a deeply nurturing two-hour ritual created to give you time to completely switch off while restoring both inner calm and outer radiance.
Combining a Radiance & Reiki Holistic Facial with Reiki & Crystal Healing, this nurturing treatment allows you to settle back and simply receive, helping to release tension, calm the mind and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and restored.
Afterwards, there’s time over a herbal tea to gently come back, reflect and enjoy a personal oracle card reading, offering a little insight or guidance to take away with you.
Perfect if you’re feeling tired, depleted, stressed or simply craving two hours where nothing is expected of you except to relax and be looked after.

Your Energy Healing Experience – What to Expect

From the moment you arrive at my peaceful garden sanctuary in Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire, the emphasis is on helping you slow down and feel completely at ease. Nestled at the end of my country garden, the cosy treatment space is warm and welcoming, with soft music, gentle incense and everything prepared for you to simply switch off.
We’ll begin with time to talk about how you’re feeling, what has brought you to energy healing and what you would most like from your treatment. You’ll then remain fully clothed and relax on a warm, comfortable treatment bed with soft blankets while I tailor your energy healing treatment to you. Afterwards, there’s time to gently come back, talk through anything you experienced and leave without feeling rushed.
Reiki was something I discovered during a difficult time in my own life, when I deeply needed rest, healing and reconnection. I still remember how nurtured and supported it made me feel. Being able to share these beautiful healing energies with others now feels incredibly special, and combining Reiki with crystals can create an even deeper sense of relaxation, balance and renewal.
